The canonical test vault, its share mint, methodology binding, and epoch composition — with the composition hash you can check against chain state.
Verification
Resolve a public address against frozen evidence and live chain state. Results are PASS, FAIL, or UNKNOWN — never assumed.
Evidence
The frozen validation record: phase freezes, adversarial invariants held at zero, and the final closure hash.
Release Gates
Registry governance passed internal validation. Every remaining gate, and mainnet, stays BLOCKED.
