Inspect live Solana Devnet protocol state — canonical custody, share backing, methodology bindings, governance, and the frozen verification evidence behind them. This is a read-only surface: it holds no signing authority, moves no assets, and touches no mainnet.
Internally validated
Othvera's current Solana Devnet candidate has completed internal governance, economic, operations, and audit-readiness validation, plus external-review procurement readiness.
Not yet complete
Independent security review and legal review have not yet been completed. Production execution, authority disposition, and asset configuration are not done. Mainnet remains blocked.
PARTIAL on the grant application means the auditor budget figure is still TBD, pending written quotes. Readiness is internal preparation — it is not an independent audit, legal clearance, or a claim of production readiness.

The successor program stack on Solana Devnet — Registry, Verifier, Binding, and Vault — with exact program IDs and executable hashes.
Governance
A live Squads v4 3-of-5 multisig governs Registry V3 from genesis. No single-key bypass path.
Canonical Vaults
The canonical test vault, its share mint, methodology binding, and epoch composition — with the composition hash you can check against chain state.
Verification
Resolve a public address against frozen evidence and live chain state. Results are PASS, FAIL, or UNKNOWN — never assumed.
Evidence
The frozen validation record: phase freezes, adversarial invariants held at zero, and the final closure hash.
Release Gates
Registry governance passed internal validation. Every remaining gate, and mainnet, stays BLOCKED.
